Heavenly Lace - Robin's Egg

Approx 100g - 70% Baby Alpaca, 20% Silk and 10% Cashmere
800m (880yds) per 100g skein - Laceweight

This yarn really is heavenly. Supremely soft, it has a slight shine, a fuzzy halo and takes dye beautifully. It has lovely drape, making it perfect for heirloom lace shawls.

Handwash cool, lay flat to dry.

As with other hand dyed yarns, we would recommend alternating skeins every two rows or so.

We care deeply about the environment and we're aware of the effects that chemicals can have on it, so we make every effort to exhaust all dyes in the dyebath so that no nasties go down the plughole. It is not always possible to exhaust *all* the dye, all the time, especially with certain dyeing techniques, so if you intend on using your yarn for colourwork or with paler colours it pays to give it a wash first, just to be sure.
